Up and Going

My friends,

It has been a couple of weeks, or more, since I last blogged about the work of our charity and the exciting events which are taking place in the coming weeks and months.

I have been spending a good deal of time with my Mother as my Stepfather passed away three weeks ago.  Obviously, we have been helping Mom cope with her loss in addition to helping her with a move to the Gulf Coast Village in Cape Coral.  Lots taking place for certain.

There have been times when I wanted to blog but Mom deserved all of my attention.  She is a strong person but her loss, a weak heart and a move out of the house has taken a toll.  I am glad I could make some trips to FL to be with her. 

Not only has my Mother always been there for me but she is a very, very signficant reason why I have taught for so many years in addition to operating Schools Count Corp.  She may not know it, but her generosity and kindness are at the heart of this charity.  Thanks Mom!
